Many people in Kuwait use the Internet on daily basis for different
purposes. These purposes include business, education and many expats who live
there use chatting applications to keep in touch with their family and friends
around the world. However, Kuwait is similar to its neighbors in gulf area when
it comes to Internet censorship. Using Voice over IP applications in Kuwait is not
allowed. The website “p2call” (www.p2call.com) is no longer accessible there as
well as Skype. So if you live there, how can you open blocked sites in
