Despite the great importance social networks has gained all over the world and their place as the number 1 communication method and the availability of apps of social networks for smartphones and tablets, Pakistan bans access to all social networks including Facebook, YouTube and others. Right–click on VPN connection you just created, and select "Properties" from the menu.
Under Security Tab for Type of VPN select “Layer 2 Tunneling Protocol with IPsec (L2TP/IPsec)"
Click on the "Advanced Settings" button. In the "preshared key" filed, type the word sharedsecret and click OK.
Tick on "Allow these protocols", "Microsoft CHAP version 2 (MS-CHAP v2)" "Unencrypted password (PAP)" options and click OK.
Click again on the monitor icon on the bottom right-hand corner, find the VPN connection and click connect.
Insert your username and password and click OK.
Once you're connected, open your browser and open blocked sites in Pakistan.
